The seas have long held a legend of Sirens, the beautiful enchantresses that bewitched passing sailors with their songs. Sydney bollywood dance company, Sirens, embraces this mystique, tantalising audiences with their unique collage of colour, movement and passion.

Sirens began in 2005, inspired by the vibrant bollywood culture. The collective experience of the dancers ranges from TV shows So You Think You Can Dance 2, Strictly Dancing, and The MTV Awards, through to commercials, music clips and theatre productions such as The Lion King. Members of Sirens also teach at front-running studios, including Sydney Dance Company.

The choreography of Sirens is a fusion of classical Indian dance and modern western genres, with elements of Latin and African. The result is a captivating mix of intricate footwork and graceful spins, culminating in provocative, energetic dance.

With hip-hop, jazz and contemporary performances also on offer, Sirens can provide the perfect entertainment for any occasion, from corporate or private functions, to television shows and festivals.
